Kiwanis Club of Paulding County created a new playground at Lela McGuire Jeffery Park in the spring of 2023. Under the help of the Vision Board, the Kiwanis of Paulding County was able to secure a $50,000 grant for the Village of Paulding. The grant was a matching grant, which meant that Kiwanis needed to raise the other $50,000. Kiwanis of Paulding County donated $25,000 of our own funds, and through a huge community support we finished raising the remaining $25,000 to complete the project in only a few short months.
